Located just 10 minutes from Powder Mountain Ski Resort and 15 minutes from Pineview Reservoir, you can ski, hike, mountain bike, boat, and swim. Situated high in the hills of the Trapper’s Ridge Community, the community includes a clubhouse with a gym and a seasonal swimming pool. This vacation rental offers stunning views of Pineview Reservoir and the Ogden Valley.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with spices, dishes, coffee, utensils, and other extras. The open-concept living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and mountain views—a main floor deck with beautiful views and a gas barbecue grill
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level. Bedroom 1 is the king master ensuite with double sinks, jetted tub, and a separate shower. Bedroom 2, located off the entry, is a queen bedroom; a full bathroom is located next to the queen bedroom.
Upstairs bedrooms include 3 and 4 and both have peek-a-boo views of Pineview Reservoir. Bedroom 3 is a bunkroom with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks. Bedroom 4 is a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom. The upstairs also includes a second living space with a sofa sleeper and stunning views of Pineview and the valley. A full bathroom is located on this level.
The downstairs area has queen bedrooms 5 and 6. There is also a large living area, full kitchen, dining room seating, a ping-pong table, and access to the patio with a private hot tub.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
