Pet-friendly. This home has everything for a mountain vacation. Powder Mountain Ski Resort is just a ten-minute drive from acres of alpine skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Pineview Reservoir is also close by for boating, paddleboarding, and swimming. Situated high in the hills of the Trapper's Community, the community includes a clubhouse with a gym and a seasonal swimming pool. This vacation rental offers a fantastic escape in the Ogden Valley.
The open living room is ideal for gathering after a day in the mountains. It has plenty of room, large, bright windows, a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and mountain views. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with spices, dishes, coffee, utensils, and other extras.
Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are located on the main level. Bedroom 1 is the king master ensuite with double sinks and a large shower. Bedroom 2, located off the entry, is a king ensuite bedroom. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom located in the hallway.
PLEASE NOTE:
This home is in an HOA that has rules. There is no street parking, and only 8 guests can access the pool and clubhouse at a time. Additional rules and regulations will be emailed to you or can also be found here.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
