The lower level includes a queen ensuite bedroom, a third bedroom with a twin/full combination bed, a hallway bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room. Radiant heating throughout the lower level adds quiet comfort, especially after winter outings. Outdoors, recently updated decks provide a relaxing space to enjoy views overlooking Ogden Valley.

This unit sits alongside the golf course and provides access to a variety of community amenities, including an exclusive pool and spa area, sauna, clubhouse, fitness center, and playground. For winter guests, the Powder Mountain bus stop located at the corner of the building offers an easy ride directly to North America’s largest ski resort.

Skiers: It is the responsibility of guests to obtain the rules and regulations of the ski resorts prior to arrival and to secure any necessary daily ski passes in advance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
