The living area invites relaxation with its warm ambiance, electric fireplace, and large Roku TV, ideal for cozy evenings. Stunning mountain views fill the living room, adding natural beauty to your stay. The couch is a sofa bed, allowing two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need, from a refrigerator with an ice maker to essential appliances like a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and toaster. Cooking is a joy with the fully stocked kitchen, including a gas stove, spacious fridge with icemaker, pots, pans, a coffee maker, blender, bakeware, and dinnerware. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats up to six.

The serene bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, large smart TV, ample closet space, a dresser, and a lovely nightstand with a reading lamp.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking..
