Luxurious townhome 10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Located in the Escapes at Edgewater, a rental community on the shores of Pineview Reservoir. Hike, mountain bike, snowboard, paddleboard, jet ski -- nature's playground is calling you. Book early for ski season availability. Complex amenities include pickleball courts, bocce ball, a horseshoe pit, and an outdoor swimming pool.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room create a gathering place for entertaining guests, with large, open windows for lots of natural light and mountain views. With a fully stocked kitchen, a home-cooked meal is easy. Cookware, dishes, and basic spices are supplied. Appliances are all stainless steel. This home is simply beautiful with elegant, modern décor.

The spacious queen master suite, located on the upper level, includes an ensuite bathroom with a stunning over-sized shower and shared access to an outdoor deck. Queen bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on this level; bedroom 2 uses a hall bathroom, and bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4, located on the lower level, has a queen bed and a hall bathroom. A queen sofa sleeper is also located on this level.

In addition to the sleeping space, the lower level is another gathering space with an air hockey table and a giant Sony flat-screen television. Other amenities include a private hot tub, BBQ grill, gas fireplace, free WiFi, satellite TV, laundry room, and garage parking. NO boat parking.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
