A gorgeous townhome in a newly built lakefront community at Pineview Reservoir, this Huntsville, Utah vacation rental offers an ideal location looking northeast across open green space and the cool waters of the lake, with spectacular views of the Wasatch Range.

This home features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a living room with streaming TV, a dining area, a laundry room, and a private one-car garage. Located in the garage is a boot warmer for those days spent on the ski hill. The main floor is an open-concept living room and kitchen with all the amenities of home. Unique accents and rich finishes accentuate the bold tile flooring.

The kitchen provides a comfortable space with thick granite countertops, an oversized kitchen island, beautiful two-tone cabinetry, pendant lighting, a gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. The main deck features a comfortable dining space, a gas grill, and beautiful views of the surrounding valley.

The master suite upstairs includes its own private deck and open views. The strikingly beautiful quartz vanity, bright tile, and clean lines in the master bath add a measure of elegance and flair. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
