With its amazing proximity to outdoor recreation, this home has everything for a mountain vacation. Powder Mountain Ski Resort is just a short ten-minute drive for acres of alpine skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Pineview Reservoir is also close by for boating, paddleboarding, and swimming. Situated high in the hills of the Trapper’s Ridge Community, the community includes a clubhouse with a gym and a seasonal swimming pool. This vacation rental offers an amazing escape in the Ogden Valley.

The open living room is ideal for gathering after a day in the mountains with plenty of room, large, bright windows, a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and mountain views. The outdoor deck area features patio furniture, a barbecue grill, and a cozy hot tub. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with spices, dishes, coffee, utensils, and other extras.

Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are located on the main level. Bedroom 1 is the king master ensuite with double sinks and a large shower. Bedroom 2, located off the entry, is a queen bedroom with a full bath ensuite with jetted tub. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom located in the hallway.

The upstairs bedrooms surround a large family room with 2 bunk beds. It’s a perfect hang out area for kids or teens. Bedrooms 4 and 5 offer queen size beds, with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a full bathroom located just off the family room. A large theater room with a 77”’OLED TV completes the upstairs with space for all to watch movies or sporting events. An extra queen Murphy bed is also located in the theater room.

PLEASE NOTE:
This home is in an HOA that has rules, NO street parking is available, and only 8 guests at a time can access the pool and clubhouse. There are additional rules and regulations that will be emailed to you or can also be found here.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
