Spectacular design and a chic, contemporary style await in this craftsman patio home overlooking the 14th fairway of the Wolf Creek Golf Course. This delightful home will provide an ideal home base from which to explore all the incredible outdoor opportunities on your next mountain vacation. Skiing is most easily accessed at Powder Mountain or Nordic Valley resorts, with Snowbasin Resort a short drive across the valley. In the summer, it’s miles and miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, trail running, or just taking in a morning stroll.

All set on one level, the main living space is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable, modern furniture. This is the heart of the home and the place for gathering, taking in the latest blockbuster or football game. The fully stocked kitchen is adorned with solid wood flooring, bright white cabinetry, thick quartz countertops, a gas range, and a large dining room­–all wrapped up in a wide open floor plan. The space is bathed with natural light coming in through the large picture windows. After adventuring in the mountains all day, spend the evening gazing across the valley while soaking in the hot tub on the back patio.

Adjacent to the main living room is the spacious king master bedroom suite, with equally impressive views, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a double vanity, quartz countertops, and a grand shower. The second king's ensuite bedroom boasts an extra-large shower and a beautiful vanity. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin/full bunk bed combo with a twin trundle adjacent to the full hallway bathroom. The laundry room and mudroom area lead to the two-car garage. In the garage, you will find a gear dryer. There's also a ping pong table for a friendly game with family and friends.

Skiers: It is the responsibility of guests to obtain the rules and regulations of the ski resorts prior to arrival and to secure any necessary daily ski passes in advance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
