From the moment you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by warm, contemporary design and spacious open-concept living. The main floor features a light-filled living room with plush seating for the whole family, an electric fireplace, and a large TV—perfect for cozy nights after a day on the slopes. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast island for casual dining. A formal dining table for eight creates an ideal gathering space for memorable meals. Enjoy effortless comfort with automated blinds throughout much of the home—control natural light and privacy with a simple remote.

Sliding doors open onto a balcony deck complete with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating with sweeping mountain views. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The primary suite is also located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large TV, and direct access to the deck. Its private ensuite bathroom features a walk-in glass shower and high-end finishes. An additional main-level queen bedroom and full bath provide comfort and privacy for guests. A full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower is located in the hallway, and a sliding barn door provides privacy between the hallway and bedroom.

From the entry level, a mudroom area with a bench and coat racks connects to the garage—perfect for organizing outdoor gear.

The lower level is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Here, you’ll find three additional bedrooms—each with a queen bed, TV, and plenty of storage—plus ensuite or adjacent full bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. The first bedroom downstairs, located to the left of the landing, features a Queen-size bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and an adjacent full bathroom with a glass shower. The next bedroom also features a queen-size bed, a desk for work or study, a TV, and connects to the shared full bath. The last bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower; this room also leads directly onto the lower-level porch.

Guests will love the recreation room, complete with a large TV, spacious seating for 7–8 on the couch, a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and a selection of yoga mats for stretching or workouts. A secondary dining table for six makes this space both practical and fun. We’ve stocked the home with games, puzzles, and books to keep everyone engaged and entertained.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking..
