The lower outdoor patio provides access to the back lawn.

Bedroom 1, located on the upper level, is a luxurious master suite with a California king, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, rich furnishings, beautiful mountain views, a twin sofa sleeper, and lots of room. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
