10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort and 23 minutes from Powder Mountain, this vacation rental is located in the pristine Ogden Valley, home of some of the state's most beautiful mountain ranges. Hike, ski, paddleboard, kayak, fish, mountain bike, play at the beach, snowboard, ride the gondola at Snowbasin, snowmobile, horseback riding, the list goes on and on.

The main floor has an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features comfortable seating, gorgeous mountain views, a gas fireplace, a DirecTV satellite HD Smart LED television, a DVD/CD player with surround sound speakers, and deck access. The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a bar stool and dining room seating. A washer and dryer are on this level.

The deck can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. It has a private hot tub, barbecue grill, outdoor furniture, and incredible mountain and water views.

The lower-level living room is decorated in ski-themed decor and features a fun snowboard bench and a ski chair. There's also a Foosball table, a gas fireplace, a TV, comfortable couches, and outdoor patio access.

3 Bedrooms/3 Kings. Perfect for you and your guests. Bedroom 1 is the master, located on the main level. It includes deck access, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower, and a double-sink vanity. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the lower level. Bedroom 2 offers an added bonus to the king bed with a full trundle. It also has a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 is the final king bed with an adjacent full bathroom.

This vacation rental includes access to a one-car garage with ski and snowboard storage.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
