Luxurious four-bedroom townhome. Located on the shores of Pineview Reservoir and just 10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Ski, hike, fish, snowboard, paddleboard, mountain bike -- this vacation rental sits in the middle of the pristine Ogden Valley.

Beautiful decor, fun modern colors, a large open kitchen area, and lots of bedding options make this a guest favorite. This home has a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV's, a private hot tub, a gas grill, outdoor seating, and lovely mountain views.

The large king master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, his-and-her sinks, and a walk-in closet. Adjacent to the queen bed is a full bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom is a queen ensuite with views of Snowbasin. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and has a twin/full bunk bed. A full bathroom is located in the hallway. Bonus sleeping options include a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen pull-out sleeper -- both located in the downstairs family room.

Access to the private hot tub is through the lower level.

The Escape at Edgewater community includes year-round hot tub access, seasonal outdoor heated pool, pickle-ball courts, horseshoe pit, and bocce ball. Situated on the shores of Pineview Reservoir with stunning water views.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
