Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and tub, a walk-in closet, a walk-out upper deck, and lake views. The queen bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and peekaboo views of Snowbasin. The third bedroom is a queen bedroom with views of Pineview and the Monte Cristo Mountains. It also includes access to the master deck. A full bathroom is located across the hall.

Downstairs guests will find a second living area complete with a kitchenette, wet bar, and flat-screen television. This is the perfect area for playing games or just relaxing. The final bedroom is located on this level. It features a uniquely designed set of bunkbeds. The first one includes a twin over twin and the second one is a twin over full. The Escape at Edgewater community includes year-round hot tub access, seasonal outdoor heated pool, pickle-ball courts, horseshoe pit, and bocce ball. Situated on the shores of Pineview Reservoir with stunning water views.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
