The main floor opens up to a stunning kitchen with dark cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. It has stainless steel appliances, spices, cookware, and dishes.

Bedroom 1 is the master ensuite. It has stunning water views, access to the upper deck, and elegant bedding and furnishings. The ensuite bathroom features a large shower with a built-in bench and a soaking tub -- luxurious and relaxing. Bedroom 2 is a queen bed with upper deck access and water views. Bedroom 3 is a queen bed with beautiful mountain views and an ensuite bathroom. The 4th bedroom, located on the lower level, is a twin/full bunk bed.

The downstairs living room has a huge couch and a big screen TV. It also includes a game table, games, and another full bathroom. With a sliding glass door, access to the pickleball courts and complex commons area is convenient.

The Escape at Edgewater community includes year-round hot tub access, a seasonal outdoor heated pool, pickle-ball courts, horseshoe pit, and bocce ball. Situated on the shores of Pineview Reservoir with stunning water views.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
