A gorgeous townhome in a newly built lakefront community at Pineview Reservoir, this Huntsville, Utah vacation rental offers an ideal location looking northeast across open green space and the cool waters of the lake, with spectacular views of the Wasatch Range.

On its three levels, it features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, two family rooms with streaming TV, a dining area, a laundry room, and a private one-car garage. Located in the garage is a boot warmer for those days spent on the ski hill. The main floor is an open-concept living room and kitchen with all the amenities of home. Unique accents and rich finishes accentuate the bold tile flooring.

The kitchen provides a comfortable space with thick granite countertops, an oversized kitchen island, beautiful two-tone cabinetry, pendant lighting, a gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. The main deck features a comfortable dining space, a gas grill, and beautiful views of the surrounding valley.

The master suite upstairs includes its own private deck and open views. The strikingly beautiful quartz vanity, bright tile, and clean lines in the master bath add a measure of elegance and flair. Opposite the master suite, the second bedroom also features a full bath with beautiful granite vanity. The laundry room is also on the upstairs level.

The lower level opens up to a large family room with comfortable modern furniture, a ping-pong table, and plenty of room for entertaining. A highlight of this level is the walk-out patio with a soothing hot tub for the perfect end after a day playing in the mountains. The third bedroom is also downstairs, along with a third full bath and bunk room with 2 twin sized bunks with extra length for all sizes. These twin beds can also be converted to a king-size bed if you prefer.

The Ogden Valley enjoys activities during all four seasons, and there’s never a lack of something to do. Enjoy the winter life on the ski slopes at Snowbasin Resort or Powder Mountain. Beat the heat in spring and explore the Wasatch-Cache National Forests through all the hiking and biking trails. Summer is the time to hit the water on Pineview or Causey Reservoirs and enjoy the beaches. Or, watch Ogden Valley change colors in Fall and enjoy the weather before it gets too chilly to hike or play on the reservoir. NO boat parking

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
