Just beyond, the private balcony becomes your personal outdoor retreat—complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and seating where you can relax and take in the expansive lake and mountain scenery.

Upstairs, the king primary suite offers a peaceful escape with elevated lake views, a comfortable reading chair, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or at the lake.

The second bedroom, located on the main level, includes two twin beds and a walk-in closet, with a full bathroom just outside—ideal for guests or children. Additional sleeping space is provided by a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room, making this home perfect for families or small groups.

Boat parking spots must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. There is an additional fee, and approval is based on availability. Boat parking is not guaranteed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
