Surrounded by spectacular mountain views, this home sits on two levels, with the main level showcasing an open floor plan that allows the panoramic views to adorn the living space. The living room is anchored by a stately stone gas fireplace and a television, with comfortable furnishings surrounding them. Adjacent to the main living area is a contemporary, fully stocked kitchen and dining space with sleek black cabinetry, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink and minimalist hardware. Head out on the patio for barbecuing and views of the surrounding mountains, or a relaxing soak in the large hot tub after a day of exploring the mountains. The upper level has two bedrooms, and both offer amazing valley views. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
