🌲 One of only four units in the development with both a lower level and outdoor deck, Bear BnB offers extra space inside and out. Step onto the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and fire up the grill after a day at the lake or on the slopes.

🔥 The main level features a welcoming open-concept living space with an electric fireplace and TV, flowing into the dining area and kitchen. A door from the kitchen provides direct access to the two-car garage, where guests will find ski and kayak racks along with shelving for outdoor gear and storage.

🎮 Head downstairs to a fun and comfortable space designed with families in mind. The lower level features an additional seating area, air hockey table, mini-fridge, and a bunk room with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one full-over-full bunk bed. An additional queen foldable mattress provides even more sleeping flexibility for larger groups. A full bathroom is also located on this level, along with a large storage closet at the bottom of the stairs stocked with extra pillows and games.

🛏️ On the upper level, guests will find another comfortable seating area with a TV and a queen sleeper sofa and a twin lounger for additional sleeping space. The upper level includes three bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed and comfortable 12-inch memory foam mattress. One bedroom features a private full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, while another includes a dedicated work-from-home space with two monitors, a mouse, keyboard, docking station, and high-speed fiber internet.

🧺 A second full bathroom and laundry room are also located on the upper level.

🐾 Bear BnB is pet friendly and thoughtfully equipped with a dog feeding station, toys, crate, and bed.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Families traveling with little ones will also appreciate a snow cone machine with 10 flavors for an easy treat after a day of exploring, plus kid-friendly plates, bowls, cups and utensils, a foldable highchair, and a pack and play.

Downtown Garden City is approximately a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, while Beaver Mountain is about a 15-minute drive. Mike’s Market and the nearby Chevron are also located directly across from the development for convenient grocery and fuel stops.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
