Welcome to Bear BnB, a stunning luxury retreat on the shores of Bear Lake in Garden City, Utah, just 15 miles from Beaver Mountain Ski Area. Downstairs, guests will find an additional seating area, air hockey table and a fun bunk space with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. This lower level also includes a full ensuite bathroom, making it a great space for kids, teens or additional guests.

Upstairs, another cozy seating area offers a TV and twin lounger for relaxing. This level includes three queen bedrooms, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. One queen bedroom features a private full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, while another includes a convenient desk area for anyone who needs a quiet place to work or plan the day.

A second full bathroom is also located on the upper level, along with a laundry room equipped with a dog kennel for added convenience.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.
